Thanksgiving Meal Delivery – November 25, 2021
Our 21st Annual Thanksgiving Meal Delivery was a huge success thanks to YOU!
6 sites, 400+ volunteers, and over 4,900 meals delivered to families on Thanksgiving Day!
When Branches first began its Thanksgiving Meal Delivery in 2001, Branches and a few dozen volunteers delivered over 600 meals. This year, Branches is proud to have hosted its 21st Annual Thanksgiving Meal Delivery! On Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 25th), hundreds of volunteers came together at six sites throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties to cook, package and deliver nearly 5,000 meals to individuals and families in need. Most importantly, each delivery included a large trilingual pamphlet with information about available programs at Branches and other free community resources.
THANK YOU to all our donors and volunteers for making this holiday special for so many underserved families.

Your donation in support of our hunger relief efforts will provide a blessing of good food this Thanksgiving as well as tangible support, such as groceries, to those in need throughout the coming year.
Branches has been proudly serving the South Florida community on Thanksgiving Day since 2001. Our staff partners with dozens of agencies that help identify clients who would otherwise be hungry and alone on what otherwise is a very special holiday. Congregations, community groups, businesses and individual volunteers help us collect food and prepare the meals. We also deliver these hot meals to families’ homes along with large trilingual info pamphlets about how they can access Branches services and other programs to help them become more financially stable. The goal is to provide hope and opportunities for everyone involved; volunteers and recipients alike. THANK YOU for your faithful support!
